As I proceeded to make the sweet potato pie on pg.155, Oh ye of little faith comes to mind found in Matt. 6 ,no eggs, no sugar, humm will it be pie or casserole LOL, had I had more faith in the pie I would had noticed that the oven wasn't on after the 30 min was up to pull it out LOL LOL yea yea I did it waited, watched & go to pull it out & it looked the same as it went in
so after the second attempt of turning on the oven & another 30 minute wait, waa laa pie! humm it looked like pie but would it cut like pie or turn into casserole LOL I suppose if I had not doubted the oven would of been on the first time LOL LOL
